Probably the most raved about dish during my time in Ngee Ann Polytechnic, because its what everyone would queue specially for. Essentially something similar to Oyako Don, Kaki Fuyong is egg and chicken (other meat available too) served on a hotplate with a teriyaki honey glaze on top, with rice served at the side. It's a savoury sweet sensation, but the egg sometimes do get charred at the bottom. Not exactly a fan of it, though its nice to have it once in a while when there is not too long a queue.
