This ranks among the top of cafe/home based cheesecakes that we’ve tried, especially if taking value into account. Comprising a special mix of cheeses, it was more savory than sweet with funk, creaminess, and a velvety texture. Would recommend having it at room temperature for that extra creamy mouthfeel as it can feel a tad floury/dry when cold. Can’t quite compare to restaurant standards (I.e., Olivia) in terms of refinement but at half the price, this is one we’d keep returning for (if not for the relatively inconvenient location).
