If you could just smell the aroma of the pigs trotters bee hoon when it was served ....

Packed with full of umami goodness of lean and well braised pigs trotters ( yes ... very lean and juicy strips of high quality meat ) , this sizeable bowl of bee hoon reminded me of a good home cooked fare.

Topped with lots of stewed vegetables, fluffy eggs and spring onions , this pigs trotters bee hoon is so delicious .

The best part is that the bee hoon was not oily or greasy and not overly drenched in sauce - it had the right balance of texture and taste .
