So who said that tarts have to be all sweet and can't be savoury. These chili crab tartlets came all dramatic with its presentation, with shredded fried crab sticks stuck on the top for a good crisp. Inside, the chili crab does come with a punchy fiery kick, but also with a little sweetness from the crab itself as well. The only thing that got me was the tartlet shell; it carried a little sweetness that seemed to be more suited for a dessert tart than a savoury one like this. That being said, I really liked the effort and the fillings of this tart quite well. They also do have a salted egg prawn version for those who fancies salted egg thingies as well.
