For a healthy vegan alternative to red meats, I tried the cauliflower steak (yes, you read right). It was nicely charred yet still tender from spending time in the oven following a full day being sous vide in vinegar. The roasted red pepper puree and coriander and parsley relish served on the side added a more flavourful finish. We all had a good laugh after on the fact that I paid S$22 for a 1/3 head of a cauliflower. 馃構
