The 𝐙𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐢 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐞 ($𝟐𝟎) doesn’t win any marks on looks, but it’s deceptively flavourful!It’s quite unlike anything I’ve tried before, thin slices of zucchini and tomato, layered with taco ‘meat’ (I have no idea what it was), creamy cashew mayo, macadamia cheese and pesto.
The portion looks small but it’s quite filling as the dish is very creamy! The different sauces had distinctive flavour profiles that melded well together. But I just wish that the tomato sauce was fresher
