Just found out there's this specialist crab restaurant at Tan Quee Lan selling crabs of all kinds of interesting flavours - green chilli, pepper with pink peppercorn, and the crowd favourite salted egg.

Their Balsamic Vinegar Crab is a bold flavour but works surprisingly well for me. The strong smell and taste of the vinegar really shines through that thick gravy with red chilli, with a balancing note of sweet and tangy flavor.
