I would say this is one of the best takoyaki which I have eaten thus far in my life. I am not sure whether the 12 degree celcius also plays a part in causing me to feel hungry and crave for sizzling warm food. The takoyaki texture is definitely different from those found in Singaporeโs pasar malam. They are crispy on the outside yet remain soft and moist on the inside. I guess i will never be able to find the same โwowโ feeling when i have takoyaki in Singapore ๐ข ๐ Fushimi Inari
