This plate of Duck Confit ($24) is undoubtedly one of the better tasting ones we have had.

Served on a soft bed of mashed potatoes, the flesh of the duck leg was fall-off-the-bone tender and complemented really well with the mash. The moistness of the meat could be attributed to a long and slow poaching process in its own fats. Lightly salted and infused with herbs, we love how well it goes with the flawlessly crispy skin, all the while wishing that there was more of it to pair with the succulent meat 😁 Most importantly, the meat managed to to preserve its full-bodied flavour without any hints of gaminess.
