The highlight here was the thick blanket of omelette that was done to an ideal soft, fluffy and pillowy texture! πŸ’•The gravy was thick, starchy and resembled that of Mui Fan. The teriyaki chicken slices were tender, with a chargrilled skin whereas the gyoza did not disappoint with its pan fried crisp exterior encasing substantial fillings of minced pork, spring onions and cabbage that was crunchy, juicy and flavourful. Mui fan? Omu rice? Perhaps Tenshin Han is a cross of the 2 .

[PS: JFH members get to enjoy a free pana cotta or beverage with each set meal purchase from 21-23 May.] I opted for the strawberry pana cotta which came with a smooth, beancurd-like texture with a tinge of fruity sweetness from the strawberry infused milk pudding. Not a fan of strawberry FLAVOURED desserts as it always tastes artificial to me, would still prefer if the pana cotta was purely milk based instead, as shown in the deceiving photo πŸ˜… .
