Located within Alexandra Village Food Centre, SweetT.Rex serves up affordable made to order soufflé pancakes!

At $5, you get 2 fluffy pancakes served with a choice of syrup on the side. You can choose from either maple syrup, chocolate, strawberry or caramel.

We went for the simplest, which was maple to enjoy the pancakes on its own & with the added sweetness of the syrup.

The pancakes were wobbly, soft & extremely fluffy. It felt like we were eating sweet dollops of clouds with every mouthful.

Do note that there's a waiting time of about 15 minutes after you order! So while you're waiting, you could also go for their puddings, or basque burnt cheesecakes which looks equally delightful!
