Fitted with dim lighting and gold finishings, this ostentatious restaurant in Marriott Tang is excellent for business dinners or company lunches. Burppler Casey Tan adores their flakey Deep Fried Taro Dumplings ($10.50 for two) stuffed with creamy scallops and topped with mini abalone. The Siew Mai ($5/2pcs) is especially tasty when paired with their spicy Szechuan chili oil. If anything, be sure to order the quintessential Rice Noodle Roll With Prawns ($5.50) which is generously portioned, with large prawns. For dessert, get the Deep Fried Crispy Durian ($18 for 4pcs) that is both delightfully chewy as it is crispy.
