This was surprisingly delish! Talk about the right balance of texture and flavours - Crispy without any greasiness, so tender that it practically melts in the mouth and the complementing spiced pumpkin purée dip was good enough to distract me from its mild gaminess. Never a fan of lamb, always apprehensive but this was a pretty damn good starter of the night.
