The food at Salt used to be real tantalising to our taste buds but we agreed this would probably be our last time here after having been disappointed in our recent visits :( The lack of consistency in the standard of food served here is the main reason why this is so. Last night, meatballs were dry and unseasoned, pâté was too salty and after requesting for a change the 2nd serve was much less salted but the rubbery taste of liver became too much to bear. The truffle fries just lacked that oomph as with most sub-standard truffle fries that don't get tossed evenly in truffle oil. So yeah, I'm pretty bummed about this cause I really liked this place. Just not so much to want to return anymore, or at least for a long time to come.
