Visited on a Sunday and the pearls of the day were Fresh Rock Salt Pearls. There is also the option of Honey White Pearls which is available daily.
Loved the concept of this bubble tea shop. Rather than offering the same toppings each day, they feature different flavoured pearls on different days of the week.

Ordered the their signature HOLLIN Black Tea Latte with Fresh Rock Salt Pearls. ($3.20+$0.70 for pearls)

The tea taste was stronger and more fragrant as compared to most of the other bubble tea shops i have tried so far. Just the way i like it 😄👍🏻 The salty pearls would perhaps be ideal for those who often abstain from adding pearls to their already sweet drink as the pearls are usually sweet too. How often do you come across pearls that aren't, right?😹 Overall, it was a refreshing change but would personally skip these pearls and go for the honey white pearls next time round as i would prefer to chew on something sweet rather than salty with my milk tea HAHA 😹

Pearls were chewy and more on the soft side. Personally i felt that the pearls could be a little firmer to provide a more satisfying bite but that is just my personal preference🙈

Will definitely go back to try out the other pearls available though! 😝
