Having remnants of my sweets craving unsatisfied after brunch, I was excited to find that they still had this flavour in-store (which according to my brother, is their most popular one and usually sells out fast).
The doughnut itself had a lovely subtle earl grey flavour, but the rose frosting was wayyy too sweet for me. I did enjoy the raspberry bits embedded , it gave the whole doughnut a nice fruity taste that complemented the floral flavour. While it was a cake doughnut, it was much greasier than expected. An interesting experience, but give me a regular fried doughnut anytime!
P.s. their brown butter walnut one looked really good, and was recommended by my brother, but I had stomach space only left for one :(
