I have known my friend Chef @jordinoguerapey since his FoodBar Dada days, which was when he first arrived in Singapore. I loved his food then, I love his food now. So when he invited me to try his NEW weekend brunch menu at Pim Pam by FOC, I said yes immediately.
Shown above are two servings of the "Light Yogurt with Three Toppings", the last of the courses to arrive today.
In the large glass jar was Greek yogurt that'd been whipped to a mousse. Let me tell you, I was unabashedly gaga for its airy-light fluffiness ❤️
As amazing as that yogurt was with just a teeny-tiny drizzle of honey, the tempting array of six toppings (because we got two servings) could not be ignored. There were vanilla pod-marinated Spanish peaches, crunchy chocolate balls, Spanish quince jelly, crispy white chocolate paillete feulletine, caramelised pumpkin seeds and fresh mixed berries. I was all too happy to experiment - mixing and matching them to my heart's content. All the combinations tasted great!
Note: The brunch menu is available on Saturdays and Sundays, between 9am and 3pm.
