Here is a decent example of a fulfilling vegetarian meal. And this is coming from someone who can't live without steak.
Vegan Burg's seasonal special burger has fresh hand-peeled edamame, alfalfa sprouts, wasabi and an eggless mayo accessorising their crisp-fried signature patty. All neatly tucked between soft buns that have the goodness of walnuts, quinoa, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
If you get the burger alone, it costs $7.90. I chose to have it as a set meal that included florets of chilled broccoli (the alternative was seaweed fries) and a hot green tea (other cold and hot options are available too) for $13.90.
