The latest addition to Tanjong Pagar's Korean food enclave is Twins (the name refers to the chefs, who are identical Korean twins), a Korean restaurant serving fried chicken and bingsu as well as other Korean street fare such as tokkbokki (rice cakes) and noodles. Go for the lip-smackingly good Soy and Garlic Chicken ($20 for half chicken, $35 for the whole bird) and the flavourful Woojae's Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup ($16.90).
