A feel good brunch that left me oh-so-happy.

@manhattan_sg introduced to Singapore the first adult-only cocktail brunch, and for that I'm thankful.
Besides the main attraction which would be its sophisticated cocktails, there's a wide assortment of free-flow wonderful bites.

There are starters, a delicatessen counter (salads, cold cuts, baked breads, condiments), oysters & seafoods (ceviches, lobsters, scallops, Alaskan King Crabs, shrimp cocktails), the chef's roast-of-the-day with a live cheese station and delectable desserts.

It also has a bunch of hot plates including my favourite but sinful PB&J Waffle. A perfectly cooked fatty slab of foie gras decked on top of a chunk of cornbread waffle with raspberry jam and peanut butter.

I stuffed myself with three and I had to stop for obvious reasons. I kept on with the cocktails though. 😉
The cocktail brunch (S$150++ and very worth it) is only available on Sundays from 1130-1530 and making reservations are highly recommended.
