Dense and dry layers of sponge (which felt like how scouring pads would taste) made my mouth cry out for some moisture—I fortunately found some relief in their tasty Kopi Susu ($2.80). The heavy dusting of cocoa powder would probably trick your mind into believing that it has a rich chocolate flavour (it doesn’t), but the chocolate ganache frosting and filling didn’t do much to justify that. They certainly have other fine items you should try, but this was abysmal. I blame myself though—
