You will crow with happiness after chomping down on this decadent chicken burger. I have never been a fan of chicken burgers and always thought that burgers should just be made with beef patties, but I was pleasantly surprised that I was proven dead wrong with the Shiok Burger. The chicken patty is crispy on the outside but tender and bursting with juices as you sink your teeth down into it. Besides the explosion of savory chicken juices, there will be an eruption in the combined flavors of the fruity tomato slices, crisp lettuce, gooey sunny side up egg, and the spicy chilli crab sauce layered between two toasted sesame seed buns.
