This Signature Boiled Chicken ($20) was indeed tender & tasty! Love that the yummy sauce was poured over on the spot when the dish was served on the table 😋
I love to dunk the chicken into thick black sauce & chilli ginger sauce before the juicy meat landed on my palate together with the fragrant but not oily chicken rice ($0.80) 🍚
This dish was accompanied with Pan Fried Omelette with Honey Glazed Pork ($9) & Fried Baby Kai Lan with Garlic ($9) 🥚 🥬
