Brown Sugar Boba Milk Cream Mousse [RM12.90]⁣

✨: Prior to tasting Tiger Sugar's version of the trendy brown sugar fresh milk, I was told by my friend @ngsara_ that the drink reminded her of cendol. After trying it out for myself, I have to agree. In place of cendol's coconut milk base, Meiji milk was used; and instead of gula Melaka, brown sugar. It's undeniable that the Meiji milk tastes superior to your regular store-bought Farmfresh milk. Compared to The Alley, I much prefer Tiger Sugar's version of the drink which I found refreshing rather than cloying.⁣

💬 The different-sized pearls were nicely cooked and with just the right chew. However, it lacked the good brown sugar flavour I like that is infused in The Alley's pearls. ⁣

I waited for a good 30 minutes before I got my hands on my drink. That said, I would recommend giving it a few weeks for the queue to subside before trying Tiger Sugar. ⁣

Although it's pricier than The Alley, the chances of me getting this again are way higher (big statement coming from someone who's not the biggest fan of brown sugar milk/milk tea!)⁣
