We were served with the Beef Pho and Chicken Noodle Soup but what impressed me most were the Fresh Spring Rolls (2 pieces for $6.90) that were made daily and deep fried upon order. The crunch was so addictive and fillings so good that we wiped out the entire plate in mere minutes.

Several major Vietnamese food chains have let fame gotten into their heads and I personally felt that their standards and quality have dropped tremendously since opening. TON KIN proved to be a refreshing revival of Vietnamese cuisine again and I hoped they continue to keep up to their standards.
