I feel that this cake is actually a black forest. The mousse is light and cake layers are moist. But it tastes exactly like how I have described. The cherry liquor could be more pronounced. Or they need to do something to make it more unique. Afterall, Lemuel isn't cheap. I don't really feel it is worth its value. I have tasted better versions of this in other places. Either offer a better quality or give it a unique twist.
