Apart from their well-portioned tapas, Scissors Paper Stove's generous mains would certainly make your mouth water. Stealing the spot light, the unanimous favourite at our table was the lavish Cartafata ($28) one of their signature dishes that features an entire sea bass and mixed seafood stewed in a sealed bag.

Locking in all the goodness, the flavours were spot-on with the use of herbs and uber-fresh produce. The unique citrusy accent of lemongrass also spicing up the natural sweetness of the fish and the tanginess of the tomato-based sauce. Do, however, expect a 25 to 35 minutes wait upon order. Yet well worth it, don't forget the Thai-styled Yellow Fried Rice served on the side; making it a very hearty meal as well as a superb item to share with 2 to 3 friends.
