it's wicked.

to be honest, I'm not a 🍰 fan, especially if it ain't chocolatey.

Orange Halibut - simple.

I like my Salmon Fillets crispy on the skin, well done (even slightly charred) on the exterior and meat that just slides off the skin and melts in your mouth.

Keep calm and have wicked brownies.

I think I look quite like Mr Chew The Fat

Had one of their signature main salmon ($20), cooked quite nicely but could do with a bit more seasoning and crispier sear on the skin.
