Cooked in a traditional tandoor oven, the juicy chunks of chicken marinated to perfection in yoghurt and spices were met with resounding approval around the table. It’s served with a cooling coriander mint chutney that’s a staple condiment in Indian cuisine and perfect for chicken dunking in.
