Feeling aimless in life now that McDonald's has ceased its Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Burgers? Fear not for The Quarters has come up with its own rendition - The Real McCoy (S$16 but for a limited time, it's S$14!)

As pictured, there is no shortage of salted egg yolk sauce in this burger and it's more velvety compared to the McD's counterpart. However, the star of this dish would be the crispy fried oat-battered chicken thigh! It owes its flavour to being marinated for 24 hours in a secret local spice mix.
