We started off with the two drinks with Indian flavours, and weren't disappointed. The Mango Lassi in the background had a nice balance of yoghurt whey, key lime, mango, turmeric, pistachio and plum molasses with Indian rum. It was not too sweet or sour, and a fun twist on the lassi. But i really fell in love with the Invisible Man (front). Served warm, it was intriguing already, but we were then told it was inspired by ingredients you might find in a bin. Featuring Indian whisky, banana peel, ghee, mulled stout, vanilla tobacco and ginger, this was a little spicy, warm, comforting with a good hit of whisky. A must-try besides the Antz!
