I’ve heard a lot about the bolognese here – some say it’s the best in KL – and though that might be hard for me to admit, Lat Tali Lat’s version is still pretty damn good. The portion is huge and I expected not to finish it but I did. The flavours are familiar – it reminds me of something I had when I was a kid, expect this comes with a little heat.
