Glad to find a decent plate of pad thai at a hawker, after having tried many that were dry and bland. This right here, is well seasoned and have the perfect balance between sweet and salty. The dish was sauce-y and the bean sprout provided a certain crunch to it which makes the dish even more wholesome.
