The rosti is filled with cheese to create the perfect rosti which is lightly crisped on the outside and almost close to a mash on the inside. What makes it better are the generous toppings of the fresh crab meat, tobiko and poached eggs (prepare your camera for the ooze coz I was just too excited to eat and missed the opportunity)! Did not expect the portions to be this huge, but we were happily filled so... go Ninja!
