Walked past and this reminded me of the bolo buns I had in Raohe / HK so I decided to get one - 奶油芝士 (cream cheese) from this HK-style bakery. Crispy, crumbly, could be fluffier and usually the ones I had uses cold butter in contrast with the piping hot bun. But honestly no complains, I think this might be one of the better bolo buns I had in Singapore. My order was buttery, with a THICK SLAB of cream cheese!
