What I thought was the Wagyu Tartare ($12) was actually it's distant cousin of the wasabi variation - back when we were hosted at Niku Kin, it wasn't on the menu & chef wanted to get feedback from us on this dish.

Well, I LOVED IT! We all did. It stays true to the delightful experience of a beef tartare, but has that refreshing kick of wasabi as well. Thumbs up from me, & I hope they will put it on their menu 😍
