Amazing farmers chicken from Landes stuffed with foie gras, served with caramelised onions and pearl barley risotto. I hardly order a chicken dish at restaurant as they tend to over cooked it and the meat might be tough to chew. However, this corn fed chicken is juicy, tender with a good stuffing and jus that balance the overall dish. On top of that, the pearl barley risotto was so good by its own as it contains leeks, jus, truffle bits and interesting texture.
