Usually we go for buffet dinner for Chinese New Year family gathering. We don't stress anyone to prepare the Chinese New Year feast. Just go and enjoy delicious food and catch up with everyone. Buffet is a great idea as everyone can pick what they like and eat how much they want!

Ellenborough Market Café at @swissotelmerchantcourt debuts a bountiful Prosperity Buffet from 10 January! People can start the feast even before Chinese New year arrives! Great for people who celebrate early as they may be travelling during the Chinese New year period. The buffet showcases premium, delish local and Chinese cuisine indulgences such as succulent Fish Maw Soup, Steamed Red Garoupa, Braised Dried Oyster Fatt Choy and Black Moss and Waxed Duck and Sausage Rice. At dinner, guests will be further delighted with tantalizing seafoods including seasonal Snow Crab and their ever-popular Slipper Lobster in Black Pepper Sauce. Yum yum the slipper Lobster was very fresh and succulent!
