A classic Singaporean dish but with an unique Japanese twist

Slices of soya sauce chicken on top of neatly molded blocks of chicken rice and garlic bits, drizzled with teriyaki sauce and garnish of fried ginger, shallots, and spring onions

Their soya sauce chicken was really succulent. Overall the dish was good but thereโ€™s room for improvement as the blocks of chicken rice were a bit inconsistent in the texture. And also the rice to chicken ratio wasnโ€™t really balanced
.
Nonetheless I believe the dish has the potential to be even better
.
