freshly breaded thick cut pork loin sandwiched in japanese milk bread, and topped with grilled pineapple and tonkatsu sauce ๐Ÿ’ฏ flavour and texture were absolute 10/10 imo! they did not lie when they said itโ€™s THICK pork loin because damn just look at how thiccc it is ๐Ÿคฉ every biteโ€™s so pleasurable with first, crisp from the breaded outer layer then into the tender and juicy inner layer of the katsuโ€ฆ iโ€™m drooling just thinking about it even now ๐Ÿคค

grilled pineapples and tonkatsu sauce added tangy flavours to the sando! the bread was very well buttered and toasted tho iโ€™d prefer it to be a little thicker ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ

medium rare angus beef striploin with caramelised sweet onion jam and sandwhiched between japanese milk bread slices ๐Ÿ˜› thisโ€™ the star of the show but itโ€™s price also got me seeing stars for a moment ๐Ÿ˜ฉ was indeed a flavourful and juicy slice of beef and the sweetened caramelised onions complemented the beef real well too!

๐Ÿท mentaiko pasta - $18
the slices of scallop sashimi were my favourite for their freshness! they added texture to the dish as a whole as well alongside the generous portion of tobiko ๐Ÿ˜‹ spaghetti was al-dente and mentaiko sauce wasnโ€™t jelak at all! truly enjoyed every bite of this ๐Ÿ’ฏ
