freshly breaded thick cut pork loin sandwiched in japanese milk bread, and topped with grilled pineapple and tonkatsu sauce ๐ฏ flavour and texture were absolute 10/10 imo! they did not lie when they said itโs THICK pork loin because damn just look at how thiccc it is ๐คฉ every biteโs so pleasurable with first, crisp from the breaded outer layer then into the tender and juicy inner layer of the katsuโฆ iโm drooling just thinking about it even now ๐คค
grilled pineapples and tonkatsu sauce added tangy flavours to the sando! the bread was very well buttered and toasted tho iโd prefer it to be a little thicker ๐ตโ๐ซ
๐ท gyu sando - $26
medium rare angus beef striploin with caramelised sweet onion jam and sandwhiched between japanese milk bread slices ๐ thisโ the star of the show but itโs price also got me seeing stars for a moment ๐ฉ was indeed a flavourful and juicy slice of beef and the sweetened caramelised onions complemented the beef real well too!
๐ท mentaiko pasta - $18
the slices of scallop sashimi were my favourite for their freshness! they added texture to the dish as a whole as well alongside the generous portion of tobiko ๐ spaghetti was al-dente and mentaiko sauce wasnโt jelak at all! truly enjoyed every bite of this ๐ฏ
