Ginza Kamo Soba Kyudaime Keisuke (opening 3 Mar 2018) at Holland Village is his first restaurant in Western Singapore, and also his 13th on our shores. No matter the #ramen option (my personal pick is the Rich broth), their delicious yuzu duck balls are a must-try.
