Foie gras escalope which melt-in-your-mouth, New Zealand lamb loin drizzled with lamb jus serve atop potato and chestnut pancake. Adorned with White Christmas Tea infused mustard seed pickles, cranberries oculus and wilted chayote leaves. I normally avoid lamb due to its gamey flavour. However, this was beautifully executed!

Pair it with their special cocktail which is made of sparkling white wine infused with Night of Noel Tea. For non-alcohol drinker, there’s the mocktail version made with organic soy milk~
