A quick share of the vegetarian-friendly lasagne I had at Swensen's for dinner. There's a handful of pulses of sharp tang to the tomato-base sauce, which was quite unpleasant, and raised an eyebrow for me for a second or two. But, after I'd swallowed my first bite, I made it out to be quite delicious!

I think the best part about this is that it tastes like a regular lasagne with meat - I honestly almost forgot about the absence of it. And…that kind of makes me feel good as it is more eco-friendly, I assume! 🌏⭐️

Definitely looking forward to the next time I have this! (7.5/10)
