The first day we went, the place was fully booked and even so for the next few days. Fortunately, the kind staff managed to secure us a dinner slot the following day with a limited dining period before we had to turn over the table to the next reservation. We, of course, agreed to that arrangement, and was rewarded with a traditional Polish meal of a braised pork burger and a boneless pork knuckle that was so soft on the inside with an absolute crispy skin crunch. It wasn’t that cloyingly greasy which is balanced with the sauerkraut and accompanying sauces.
