As I became slightly irritated with the waiting time of 45mins, I was even more shocked to see the mountain of greens on this plate that stole the limelight of the seabass. Perhaps it's a biased opinion, but I felt that the fish weren't fantastic enough to be worthy of its price. It's well cooked yes, but I'd loved for it to have a crispy skin and impart a smoky flavour (assuming it's grilled over fire).

Thanks to Burpple Beyond for the 1-for-1 deal nonetheless, otherwise it'll be overpriced for it'd quality.
