The unagi was fresh, well-grilled and coated with a savory-sweet sauce that brings out the eelโ€™s delicate flavour. The scallops were lightly seared with a golden brown exterior with a delicate balance of savory and tender flesh inside. The only downside was probably the texture of the rice which turns out a little too mushy.
