Against the hues of red neon, this Tom Yum Lobster Bisque ($14) shines bright like a diamond. Boiled for hours using lobster shells, the resulting tom yum bisque was one of aromatic and spicy with a slight tang. This entire dish paired with the grilled lobster tail lemongrass brochette definitely did not hold back any punches and delivered a knockout victory.
