Bottom most of the logcake is made of ground almonds and Piatachio followed by Apple jam then tiered with Apple pistachio mousse, encased with green chocolate layer. I was afraid that it might be too sweet for them (as half of team are of some age 😆), surprisingly it not! It's refreshing with a hint of sourness.
