Special Tonkotsu Pink Ramen ($15.80) ๐Ÿ’“ is one of the new ramen bowls at @ramenchampion_sg new Clarke Quay outlet. I sipped a spoonful and instantly loved it. Pretty in pink from beetroot and blueberries, the saltiness of the tonkotsu broth balances to a mildly sweet. Neither too cloying nor too light, it has just the right amount of tonkotsu flavour to satisfy.
