Replacing dried #shitake with #morel #mushrooms, added vibrant colours with the clever use of purple sweet potatoes, golden pumpkin, red beets and squid ink in the #gnocchi dough. Gnocchi consistency is cooked to perfection! There's a hint of #foiegras in the savoury sauce too. Somebody give me a slice of #bread to mop up the sauce please! Not quite the same as grandma's traditional version, but I'd gladly be back for more! [5/5 👅]
